CEO and owner, Tom Eckholdt,
has been in the metalworking industry for over 30 years. Before
starting Acme, Tom was an aircraft-certified welder in the Air Force.
After retiring from the Air Force, he became the maintenance manager for
Wainwright Industries, one of the largest stamping plants in the
Midwest. Upon relocating to Arizona, he worked in the advanced-development
center at McDonnell-Douglas Helicopters. Today, Tom is semi-retired,
but still plays a crucial role in the advancement of Acme. President Tim Eckholdt
has assisted in building up Acme's business for the past 12 years.
Originally a CNC machinist, he now oversees day-to-day operations
including quote requests, CAD programming, and job scheduling.
He takes great pride in Acme's ability to keep pace with new and changing
technologies. Tim actively seeks to increase business opportunities
using his foundation of extensive metalworking knowledge, as well as
company resources, to meet the needs of both present and future customers. |
